About The Role
Supports the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations. Conducts protective operations, monitors physical security systems, and assists in risk assessments and incident response.
How Does This Role Make An Impact?
- Plans and manages secure travel, event logistics, and close protection for executives.
- Collaborates with management to provide executive security including travel, meeting / event and residential security based on threat intelligence. Provides guidance, best practices, and presence as needed.
- Conducts threat assessments, monitors potential risks, and develops advance security plans for domestic and international travel.
- Monitors and maintains physical security systems such as access control, surveillance, and alarms; conducts routine patrols and facility inspections.
- Conducts investigations into security incidents, threats, and breaches, and performs regular risk assessments and audits. Maintains accurate records of security activities and protective operations.
- Collaborates with management, internal business partners, third-party vendors, and local law enforcement on sensitive security matters to ensure integrated and seamless security operations.
- Participates in emergency drills, business continuity exercises, and ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Do You Have What We're Looking For?
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.Must possess a current US Passport.Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a vehicle.Must have a firearm bearer endorsement from Homeland Security and / or qualify under the Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act to carry a firearm.Requires extended or intermittent periods of running, walking, standing, sitting, and stair climbing.Requires strength, stamina, flexibility, and endurance for lifting, pushing, and pulling in response to an emergency. Must be capable of quick reactions, physical restraint, and defensive driving under stress.Requires manual dexterity for operating equipment (e.g., radios, firearms, cameras).Must have clear vision and hearing (with or without correction) to assess threats, monitor surroundings, and respond to alarms or instructions.Capable of working in various indoor / outdoor conditions, including inclement weather and exposure to health and safety hazards.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be on call as needed to meet executive security demands.Moderate travel (~40% of time) required, including overnight.Base Pay Range : $94,000-$129,250. The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
