Position Summary

The Senior Systems Implementation Analyst (SaaS Solutions) position was created in response to a Federal mandate to address software and systems design challenges within New York City Public Schools (NYCPS). The Analyst will collaborate with key team members to diagnose and improve existing systems, serve as the SME for SaaS solutions, and lead the configuration, documentation, training, and implementation of SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with SMEs to understand business needs and challenges.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to define project scope and objectives.
• Evaluate and select appropriate SaaS solutions based on organizational needs.
• Conduct gap analyses and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment.
• Support implementation, testing, and training activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data security standards.
• Design and deploy analytics to measure solution performance.
• Collaborate on data architecture design and API development.
• Develop reporting frameworks and utilize advanced data analysis techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum : Doctorate or Master's degree in a relevant field with required experience, or equivalent education and experience. Specific experience in SaaS solutions, data analysis, and project management is essential.

Preferred : Experience with CRM tools, programming languages (Python, R, SQL), cloud platforms (Azure), and knowledge of NYCPS systems and special education processes. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills are highly valued.

Salary & Application

Salary range : $122,034 - $133,630. Please include a resume and cover letter. Note : Employment is contingent on budget and funding.
