We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Data Entry Specialist to support our team remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, easy task-oriented role that requires basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems.
Verify accuracy of data before entering it.
Review and correct errors in entered data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform regular data backups and maintain digital filing systems.
Follow instructions and complete tasks within set deadlines.
Communicate with supervisors or team members as needed via email or chat.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills (familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, or data entry software).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic English reading and writing skills.
No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 5+ years of experience in account management, institutional sales, or client success in the financial services industry. Deep understanding of private capital markets, investment banking, or alternative assets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with attention to detail and strategy. Proven experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals. Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data analysis tools.
