Location : Roanoke, IL & Peoria, IL

Pay : Starting at $22.75 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type : Full-time

Schedule :

Roanoke : Monday-Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Overtime may be required based on workload

Peoria : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Overtime may be required based on workload

Education : High School Diploma or GED required

What You'll Do :

As a Powder Coat Painter, you'll play a hands-on role in making our products look great and perform even better. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will help ensure our parts meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include :

  • Reading work orders and prepping parts for powder coating
  • Applying powder coat using proper equipment and technique
  • Using heat-resistant tape to protect surfaces as needed
  • Operating curing ovens and performing visual inspections
  • Maintaining spray booth, line, and prep areas
  • Assisting with troubleshooting, rework, and filter changes
  • Ensuring a clean and safe work environment

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Previous powder coat painting experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with spray equipment and oven curing processes
  • Ability to read work orders and follow written / verbal instructions
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
