Warehouse Associate II (Shipper / Receiver Mon-Fri 7am-3 : 30pm)

JOB SUMMARY

Shipping & Receiving Personnel II is responsible for the effective control of all incoming / outgoing goods and inventory in the warehouse and maintaining the warehouse in accordance with good manufacturing practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all raw material finished goods and in-process material.
• Receipt of incoming raw materials.
• Ensure proper quarantine of incoming materials.
• Data entry for all inventory transactions.
• Maintain Visual for purchased materials.
• Organize the shipment of finished product, samples, and equipment through packing for safe transportation.
• Prepare and issue all relevant documentation, as stated in the Nordson Medical quality system.
• Preparation of customs documentation where required and ensuring shipments (incoming or outgoing) are on-time and complete
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
• Follow and adhere to all applicable procedures / policies.
• Able to use material handling equipment as necessary.
• Work safely with various cutting tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Maintain Off-site building inventory
• Knowledge of the purchasing function
• Ability to initiate cycle count
• Create building / woodworking
