Required Qualifications
8+ years in People / HR leadership roles, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
Experience in people partnering, organizational design, and employee relations
Strong background in employee engagement and retention strategies
Demonstrated ability to design and launch innovative HR and development initiatives
