A company is looking for a Contingent Worker Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of their contingent workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operational governance of the contingent workforce program across multiple business units
Design and refine contingent workforce policies and frameworks to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Partner with various teams to ensure consistent practices for managing the flexible workforce globally
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing contingent workforce programs or vendor partnerships
Experience with contingent labor policies and global compliance standards
Familiarity with VMS / HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP Fieldglass
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
