Who We're Looking For :
- Licensed CPA
- Accounting degree
- 7+ years' public accounting experience
- Strong technical knowledge and project management skills
- Strong client relationship skills
- A developing area in a field of expertise and industry profile
- A strong knowledge of firm products and services
- A sound understanding of market trends.
- Strong team management skills the ability to lead, motivate and coach teams of people
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop less experienced team members
- Active role in professional, civic, and charitable organizations

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Develops and strengthens long-term relationships with client contactsDevelops and is accountable for the engagement work plan and ensures assigned tasks and responsibilities are achieved in accordance with firm quality control practices and procedures, Code of Professional Conduct, and all applicable standardsConsiders matters related to acceptance and continuance of engagementAdvises, coaches, and supports team members including providing consistent recognition and encouragement to team members to increase retention and utilizationEvaluates the performance of staff, seniors, and supervisorsStructures work teams to successfully meet client expectations and help develop strong client partnershipsWorks in consultation with the PIC to anticipate project issues, assesses alternatives, and takes appropriate measure to resolve engagement issuesIdentifies opportunities to improve engagement profitabilityIdentifies client needs / opportunities to sell additional value-added servicesSupports the partner group in the development and planning of practice objectivesDevelopment of functional specialization and or industry expertiseSupports the partner group in developing new initiatives to increase retention, meet resourcing needs (including recruitment interviews), utilization and people developmentBuilds strong coaching skillsActively pursues self-developmentOur Process :
