Technical Finance Data Analyst

Overview

The Finance Business Intelligence Manager  is a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our Pricing Strategy, Billing Operations, and Data Analytics. Your contributions will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives and expanding our global presence. By providing valuable insights and ensuring pricing accuracy, you will directly contribute to our executive leadership's decision-making process. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Data Analysts and manage reporting initiatives.
• Utilize SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with executive leadership to influence and set financial strategies.
• Demonstrate proficiency in accounting, auditing, process management, and financial analysis.
• Provide effective leadership to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
• Manage and validate data in SQL databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Develop centralized data repositories following new acquisitions, streamlining data management processes.
• Synthesize data accurately, efficiently, and cohesively, enabling informed decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze and present financial information effectively.
• Employ database applications like Access and Tableau to visualize data and generate insights.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats, presenting complex financial information clearly.
• Manage competing priorities effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment that encourages knowledge sharing and growth.

This position is located onsite in Center Valley, PA.
