Accountant Position At Windsor Laurelwood Center For Behavioral Health

Windsor Laurelwood Center For Behavioral Health is looking for an accountant to join our team of professionals! Originally established in 1898, Windsor Laurelwood has served the community for over 125 years, providing high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services to adults, adolescents, and children.

Position Summary :

Directs the financial operations of the payroll and accounts payable departments, is responsible for statistical reports and accurate record keeping. Ensures the accuracy of the financial statements with supporting schedules. The accountant is responsible for the company's financial plans and policies, its accounting practices. The position involves supervision over general accounting, property accounting, and reporting variances from budgetary amounts.

Qualifications

Education / Experience : BA / BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major preferred. 4 or more years financial experience or recent accounting grad with excellent grades and computer skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
