ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER III (REPOST) (FULL TIME CONTRACTUAL)
This full-time contractual position is responsible for compliance analysis and support in applying and interpreting Medicaid and Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) payment policies.
The main purpose of the job includes processing adjustments, exceptions, and call-authorizations to ensure provider payments are timely and accurate. This involves provider outreach and education; program integrity monitoring; communicating with providers and Coordinators of Community Services (CCS); and using the LTSS Maryland application databases to run reports.
Job Responsibility :
The position will work with supervisors and lead analysts to coordinate all aspects of the position and may also address high priority projects, which include planning and developing health care services, policies, and organizational workflows related to DDA Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and non-EVV services.

Employees in this classification may be assigned duties which require the operation of a motor vehicle. Employees assigned such duties will be required to possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland.
BENEFITS
Contractual employees who work for an agency covered under the State Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program, have a current employment contract and work 30 or more hours a week (or on average 130 hours per month) may be eligible for subsidized health benefits coverage for themselves and their dependents.
