A company is looking for a Back-End Engineer to design and scale the backbone of their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Implement and optimise PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability
Integrate and manage queue systems for efficient task processing
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in backend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js
Deep experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimisation
Familiarity with AWS services and deploying in a cloud environment
