Maintenance Manager

We're a well established food manufacturing plant in Fresno who is looking for Maintenance Manager to manage a team of mechanics and oversee maintenance at our plant. We're looking for someone with experience managing maintenance, preferably within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
• Manage maintenance budgets and procurement of parts and services needed for repairs and maintenance operations.
• Utilize CAD drawings to assist in troubleshooting and planning maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a database of maintenance records and equipment specifications.
