Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on the company's products and provide assistance via phone, chat, and email
Share tips and best practices to empower customers in using the software effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and contribute to the Customer Help Center
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
Experience with customer support through various channels, including phone, chat, and email
Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Must be able to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification
