RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - ED

Job Details :

Work evening shifts with varying schedules : 1100-2300, 1300-0100, or 1500-0300 depending on facility needs

Guaranteed hours : 36 or 48 hours weekly (must be specified on submission)

13-week assignment length

Weekend hours required as needed by facility

No call requirements

Block schedules cannot be accommodated

Night shift orientation conducted on day shift with full week availability required

RTO must be made up on back end and not approved during first week

Holiday RTO limited to one request per assignment

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC; NIHSS (may obtain prior to start)

Must have 1 year Emergency Department experience in Level 1 trauma center OR 2 years in Level 2 trauma facility

Current RN license (Missouri eligible or currently licensed in Missouri)

Work in 68-bed emergency department with 4 : 1 patient ratios (may vary during surge)

Use EPIC EMR system

Handle high acuity patients including trauma, pediatrics, stroke, and STEMI cases

Work in busy urban trauma center seeing 200+ patients daily

Black scrubs required with professional attire standards

Provide direct patient care for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in air-conditioned environment
