The Position : Under general supervision, maintains and verifies the accuracy of the City's financial statements. This is accomplished by preparing and compiling financial reports, reconciling accounts, designing spreadsheets to capture financial data, assisting with the Capital Improvement Program as requested, reviewing department information and accounts for accuracy, and preparing journal entries. Other duties may include completing special projects as assigned, assisting with payroll and interfacing with other City employees and citizens. This position does not provide direction to other employees.
