Description : Job Summary :

• The Maintenance Electrical Automation Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Electrical systems as well as assisting in setting up of production heating equipment for each job.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Maintaining Electrical Systems :

You will need to perform regular maintenance on all existing systems.

Maintaining and improving Automation systems

Operator, repair and program ABB industrial robotic systems

Diagnosing the Root Cause of Electrical Malfunctions :

When electrical malfunctions occur, you need to be able to work out what caused them.

Analyzing and Documenting Test Results :

You will need to regularly test systems and analyze the test results. Look for irregularities and keep a careful log of any that you find.

Ensure work orders are properly put into SAP.

Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Modify electrical and electronic schematics as needed to reflect revisions, create schematics if none are available.

Assist other Electrical and Mechanical Technicians as needed to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Help in maintaining parts inventory.

Follow all safety and process procedures.
