YOUR JOB AS A DISHER

Clean dishes, sparkling glasses, and spotless silverware - these attract our guests' attention immediately and tell them a story about the cleanliness of our kitchen. Your job as a Dish Teammate is key to this being a positive experience. Your actions in accurately executing the Dish Line let our guests know that we care about them. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy.

You will learn the following bd's dish objectives :

• Communicate in a positive manner
• Looks Professional and well groomed
• Execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
• Proper set up of dish area
• Set up a 3 compartment sink and a hand sink
• Know how and where to fill and stock dish chemicals.
• Understand chemical safety and proper storage
• Prioritize items to wash
• Properly wash dishes and silverware
• Proper glassware handling
• Understand how to dispose of broken glass safely.
• Know procedures for taking out the trash.
• Clean the Dish Area
• Assist in the kitchen

bd's Mongolian Grill is a fun place to eat and work. We want you to enjoy your job, and we will do all that we can to provide a fun and energetic atmosphere. To help you understand your training, we have written a manual to be a comprehensive explanation of all of your tasks. We'll take you through this manual during this training period, and we also encourage you to continue to refer to it as a source of instruction for your further learning.
