Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact during a customer's implementation process

Deliver customer service and support across all product areas

Assist in training customers to ensure a successful start to their journey

Required Qualifications

At least 2+ years of relevant experience or automotive industry knowledge

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multi-task

Related educational background (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Familiarity with SaaS business models and tools
