Prefer experience with managing clinic with graduate medical education component and Internal Medicine / Pediatrics experience.

General Duties

• Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients.
• Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies / procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
• Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
• Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets, goals and objectives.
• Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.
