Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to perform various accounting functions related to accounts receivable / payable transactions and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly journal entries and assist in month-end close processes

Review and process accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy in expense coding

Assist in quarterly and annual audit requests and prepare financial reporting packages

Required Qualifications

4+ years of accounting experience, including accounts payable and receivable

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in QuickBooks

Experience in agency insurance accounting is preferred

Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
