LOCATION : North Kansas City, Missouri

REPORTS TO : Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA STATUS : Non-Exempt / Hourly

We’re growing and seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience to help keep our facilities running at peak performance.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Maintenance Associate plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing the company’s warehouse facility, equipment, and building systems . This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical issues , ensuring that production operations run safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly skilled in facility maintenance, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical panels, lighting, and plumbing.
• Troubleshoot and repair production and warehouse equipment , conveyor belts, dock doors, compressors, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and minor building repairs as needed.
• Monitor and maintain tools, materials, and spare-part inventories; order supplies when required.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and complete work orders.
• Attend scheduled safety meetings, training sessions, and staff meetings .
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and service reports.
