Your Responsibilities as a Real Estate Sales Agent :

Stay in touch with clients to boost sales and build lasting relationships.

Cultivate connections that deeply resonate with clients, ultimately bringing in more sales opportunities.

Meet with potential buyers and sellers to understand their desires in a home, then show them properties that perfectly match their criteria.

Host engaging open houses to highlight our listings and attract potential buyers.

Oversee the entire process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and swift transactions with complete transparency.

Attract potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand our network.

Be a local expert; know the community and market inside out, confidently answering queries about potential homes, similar properties, and the neighborhood.

Real Estate Sales Agent Requirements :

Previous real estate sales experience of at least 6 mo. required for this role

Embrace a tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new tools.

Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Be self-motivated and driven by ambition.

Exhibit excellent organization and time management skills.

A valid Real Estate License is required.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
