Job Summary :
The Entry-Level Bookkeeper will be responsible for assisting with the recording of financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in accounting or finance who is eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
- Help ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance a plus)Basic understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
