About the position :
The Clerical Assistant 2 will provide clerical support to the CAMP Program Director, assisting with activities to assure the success of Millersville University’s CAMP Program. This position may also provide support to the CAMP Counselor / Resource Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities :
Serve as support staff for CAMP Program Director, CAMP Scholar Coordinator, and CAMP Recruiter, maintaining director’s calendar, arranging travel, etc.Coordinate the daily operations of the CAMP office.Serve as receptionist for the office, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, etc.Prepare correspondence as directed.Schedule special events and meetings.Maintain files and student records, ensuring confidentiality.All other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
6 months as a Clerical Assistant 1 OR graduation from high school OR any equivalent combination of experience and training.Experience performing clerical activities.Demonstrated ability to :solve problems.
handle multiple, complex tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.maintain a professional demeanor in fast-paced work environment.maintain confidentiality.work independently.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to work with faculty, staff, and students of diverse cultures, racial and ethnic groups, and socioeconomic status.Proficiency in standard office technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.Commitment to inclusive practices and working with diverse student populations.Successful interview (Including Word and Excel tests)Successful completion of three background checks.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Higher education.Experience working with grants.Bilingual Spanish / English.Experience with Migrant or multi-ethnic groups.Job Description
