Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java , Kotlin , and JVM development
• Advanced object-oriented programming and solid exception handling
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot , Quarkus , and web technologies
• Skilled in developing / maintaining REST API s
• Deep understanding of 12-factor app principles
• Proficient with Git , GitHub , and GitHub Actions for version control and CI / CD
• Experience with Apache Kafka and PostgreSQL
• Ability to leverage cloud platforms (Azure / OCI)
• Background in Salesforce development (SFDC / SFMC) or similar

What You Will Be Doing

Your daily work will center on building, optimizing, and supporting backend systems. You’ll design and maintain RESTful APIs, manage cloud-based and enterprise databases, and drive continuous integration and delivery workflows. You’ll interpret data flows using Kafka, contribute to DevOps automation, and collaborate with front-end and platform developers. While most time will be hands-on development, you’ll also engage in team discussions, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting—driving actionable outcomes on each sprint.
