Job Summary :

The Compliance Risk Analyst will support the company’s product safety, recall management, and regulatory compliance programs. This role involves data organization, documentation, and project assistance related to product laws and safety initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform data analysis and draft documentation to support product safety, recall management, and compliance initiatives.

Assist with projects related to state, federal, and international product regulations .

Maintain and update product safety databases and compliance documentation .

Provide administrative and operational support during product recalls and compliance events.

Support the daily product compliance program , including incident response and reporting activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance recordkeeping.

Participate in process improvements and compliance project initiatives as assigned.

Required Experience :

1–3 years of professional experience in compliance, product safety, or regulatory support (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required) .

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

Experience using SharePoint for documentation management.

Familiarity with federal and state product regulations (FDA, CPSC, or other regulatory bodies).

Prior experience supporting product recalls or compliance investigations .
