As a Security Professional - Office Patrol in Rockville, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with access control, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in every interaction.

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Assist in emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
• Document and report any unusual observations or incidents encountered during patrols.
