• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license (required for Oregon healthcare jobs)\n
• Current Healthcare Provider BLS certification\n
• AHA ACLS and NIHSS certifications (required for ICU nursing roles)\n
• Documented critical care training\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or critical care RN experience preferred\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n
• Conduct intensive patient monitoring, assessments, and life-saving interventions\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
