Overview

ACE Jiffy Lube is hiring an Experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician in the Miami, FL area. This is a full-time role with a 5-day work week. AATI or ASE certified automotive mechanics who want to build a career in a company that values them and supports a positive work culture are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair customer vehicles, diagnose issues, clearly explain options, and perform the agreed-upon repairs.
  • Provide regular maintenance services and contribute to fast, friendly, and professional service that keeps customers satisfied.
  • Support the team with a collaborative, customer-service oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Current AATI or ASE certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Brake work experience
  • Have your own tools

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate (Not Flat Rate) from $18 / hr to $24 / hr depending on experience and certifications
  • Technician commissions paid biweekly, ranging from $400 to $1,400, based on store-level Automotive Repair Net Sales
  • Potential annual compensation above $100,000
  • One-time bonuses of $500 for certifications earned as a member of the company
