POSITION SUMMARY / RESPONSIBILITIES
As a key member of University Health Foundations Donor Relations team, the Donor Relations Coordinator ensures the successful implementation of donor-focused communications. Through the execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies and donor relations programs, the Donor Relations Coordinators work will attract new donors, enhance donor experience and build loyalty toward the Foundation. This role is also responsible for logistical coordination of Foundation events.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is required. Three years of program or event planning, fund-raising, communications, marketing, or donor stewardship is recommended. Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office and social media tools as well as Google Docs. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.Strong attention to details and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; handle multiple projects and effectively manage and set priorities is required. Strong analytical and planning skills are required. Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with internal and external customers of University Health.
