Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA

The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will be responsible for :

  • Manage all field operations and site logistics for large commercial construction projects
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead daily site meetings and maintain accurate field documentation
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
  • Resolve field issues and proactively manage risks
  • Uphold company standards and foster a positive job site culture

The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will have :

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
  • Approximately 10 years of combined industry experience, with time spent supervising large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Experience with projects valued $20M - $150M+
  • Familiarity with higher education or K-12 construction projects is a plus
  • Proven track record of strong employer tenure and successful project completion
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

    • The Superintendent - Large-Scale Projects - Staunton, VA will receive :

  • Base Salary : $120,000 - $135,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Annual Bonus
  • Company Vehicle (assigned to Superintendents)

  • Paid Time Off : 2 weeks to start
