Plant Manager

gpac is seeking a Plant Manager for one of client companies in the pork industry. The company has been in business for almost 20 years and going through major growth! This location is their third facility and will has around 300 employees!

Ideal Candidate : experience with smoked meats, preferably ham or bacon is a necessity

• 10+ years leadership experience within the food manufacturing industry
• Ability to oversee all areas of operations including production, maintenance and quality
• Strong understanding of lean, 5s, continuous improvement
• Hands-on leadership style
• Plant start-up / experience within a growth environment preferred!
