Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring a  Paralegal  with business litigation experience for an opportunity in  Jeffersontown, KY . This role offers the best of both worlds — remote flexibility and in-office collaboration — with steady weekday hours and competitive pay.

Paralegal Highlights :

Pay : $28.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Hybrid : Mostly remote with weekly in-office meetings

Supportive legal team in a business litigation environment

Paralegal Job Responsibilities :

Assist with business litigation matters by managing case files, tracking deadlines, and preparing documents

Handle e-filing duties with accuracy and timeliness

Use Courtnet 2.0 and other systems to manage legal filings and research

Maintain detailed knowledge of court rules and procedures

Support legal team with preparation and documentation

Organize and maintain digital and physical files for ongoing litigation

Communicate with internal teams and external contacts with professionalism

Paralegal Job Qualifications :

Prior paralegal experience in  business litigation  required

Proficiency with  e-filing procedures and Courtnet 2.0

Strong knowledge of  court rules and legal procedures

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote / hybrid setting
