You’ll receive in-depth training on our Customer Centric Selling process including one-on-one coaching with both internal and external coaches.
Additionally, you’ll be trained on all our products and services in individual meetings with key Dickson team members including product managers, engineers, support staff, and seasoned salespeople.
The first 8-weeks of onboarding are meant to be both fun and informative as they ensure you begin your career with the knowledge and resources you need to be successful at Dickson. Key Responsibilities Qualify opportunities within Dickson’s existing customer base via inbound calls, web leads, and re-orders.
Work closely with the direct sales team to identify market trends to get the most out of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Through “discovery” find and share key data on customers and prospects with the sales and marketing teams.
Ensure your customers’ success with diligent support, response, and service Be a team player, willing to pick up the slack when necessary for the better of the team Prepare for advancement into an account management role within 12-18 months by becoming an expert in customer centric selling best practices. Other Qualifications / Skills 0-3 years of experience in a sales related role (Inside Sales, Direct Sales, B2B) or comparable relevant experience.
Willingness to learn and utilize CRM and issue tracking systems / software Demonstrable interest in SaaS (Software as a Service) and technical products a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to convey technical aspects to non-technical audiences.
Energetic, vocal, and not afraid to speak up with opinions and insight.
