Position Overview

We are seeking dependable individual s to join us at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. We have a variety of positions available across different departments. Whether you are experienced or just starting your career, we invite you to explore the opportunities with us.

Positions include :

  • Production Operators
  • Quality Assurance Sampling Tech
  • Maintenance Technicians
  • General Warehouse
  • Forklift Operators

Must be able to work in a negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit cold storage environment.

T he Ideal Candi date

We are looking for individuals who are :

  • Motivated and enthusiastic about their work.
  • Team players with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards .
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to varying job demands and conditions.
  • Experience in the food industry.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience may be required based on position.
  • Bilingual-Spanish and English is a plus!

    • Work Location & Working Conditions

    This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Front Royal, VA facility.

    The schedule is Monday to Friday .

  • 1 st Shift 6 : 45am-3 : 15pm
  • Mid Shift 12 : 00pm-8 : 30pm (Shift Differential $0.50 / hour)
  • 2 nd Shift 2 : 45pm-11 : 15pm (Shift Differential $1.00 / hour)

    • Work is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures, loud machinery, and strict food safety protocols. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
