ABOUT THE JOB :

We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as an Operations Manager.  The role has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures.   Our ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, professional, and team-focused.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• The State of Illinois Issued PERC
• Armed 230 Training Certificate
• Valid Government Issued Drivers License with Clean Record
• High School Diploma / GED
• Must Be Able To Pass Criminal Background Check
• One Year of Prior Managerial Experience
• Proficiency with Multiple Computer Operating Systems
• Reading Comprehension of Technical Documents
• Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills
• Exemplary Analytic Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills
• Strong Project Management Abilities
• Confidence to Thrive Under Pressure
• Professional Demeanor and Attitude
• NFC Compatible Phone
• Ability to Lift 50 lbs. on Occasion
• Crouch, Crawl, Stand, Sit, Walk, Run for Long Periods of Time

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS :

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Trained to Carry Baton, OC Spray, Handcuffs
