Title : Jr. Salesforce Developer / Admin

Location : New York, NY (Manhattan)

Job Type : Contract - long term

Pay Rate Range : $40.00 - $47.00

Work Mode : hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite)

Interview Mode : 1-2 rounds, MS Teams as round one, possible onsite interview for round 2

Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Developer / Salesforce Admin to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and deployment of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and customizations.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and best practices.

Technical Skills : Must Have

  • ADO
  • Salesforce Administration
  • Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)

    • Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • over 3 years of experience with Salesforce development or administration.
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I certification is a plus.

    • Experience with version control tools like Git.

  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security and data model.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
