Investment Banking Analyst - Vice President Oaklands Global are partnered with a regional investment banking boutique seeking for Analysts to MDs in the Industrials or Energy space to join their office in Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly specialised environment, while gaining direct exposure to senior leadership, clients, and complex transactions. Key Responsibilities Partner with Directors and Managing Directors to execute M&A mandates and deliver strategic advice to Industrials, Energy and Engineering clients. Manage day-to-day transaction execution, including drafting materials, managing due diligence processes, and coordinating with clients, buyers, sellers, and investors. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and their executive teams throughout the transaction lifecycle. Lead and mentor analysts in financial modelling, valuation, and presentation development. Prepare and deliver client presentations to support business development initiatives. Collaborate with senior bankers in originating new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships in the sector. Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing junior team members. Qualifications 1 years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on M&A. MBA or undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field from a top-tier institution. Strong technical and analytical skills, including financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution expertise. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
