Location :

  • Office location : Hudson, WI.
  • On-site locations : Hastings MN and Stillwater MN.

We’re seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our team and oversee the operations of our two group homes located in Hastings, MN and Stillwater, MN . As a Residential Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for the overall operation of the assigned service sites, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining high-quality service standards, and managing staff and budgets.

You’ll work closely with the site managers and guided by the Clinical Nurse Director and Executive Director to ensure the smooth operations of both homes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the daily operations of two group homes, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage the budget and ensure financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Ensure the homes meet all State and Federal regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for residents, staff, and service records.
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment for residents and staff.
  • Occasionally transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle
  • Occasionally assist in providing direct care to our clients, as needed per staffing needs.
  • Qualifications :

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience in personal care services or a related field.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License and motor vehicle record that meets agency standards.
  • Ability to manage complex situations, demonstrate leadership, and effectively communicate with both staff and clients.
  • Training and Development :

  • Schedule :

  • Full-Time position with standard office hours and occasional flexibility to meet the needs of the group homes. This position is also responsible for occasional on-call coverage to support the sites on evenings and / or weekends.
