Accountant 1

A company is looking for an Accountant 1 (Design & Construction).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee internal accounting and reporting functions for the Design & Construction team

Liaise with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure accurate financial activities

Prepare financial reports, analyze trends, and assist in the financial close of project accounts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Knowledge of generally accepted accounting procedures and principles

Ability to prepare and analyze financial records

Experience with budget control methods and policies
