Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturer in the Zebulon area who is hiring a Blow Mold Technician to join their team. This is a day shift position working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor blow molding equipment to ensure consistent and efficient production.
- Perform regular maintenance and adjustments on blow molding machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring product quality.
- Conduct mold changeovers and set up equipment for various production runs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards.
- Document production data, equipment performance, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train team members on blow mold operations and safety procedures as needed.
