Key Responsibilities :

Administer medications and monitor resident health.

Assist residents with activities of daily living.

Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment.

Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and healthcare staff to develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications :

Current LPN license in New York State .

Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred but not required.
