Title : Physician (MD or DO) General Non-Invasive Cardiology

License : Oregon license preferred; will consider candidates in process

Privileges : Not required quick start possible

Holiday Coverage : New Year s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas

Additional Notes :

Flexible scheduling can consider 4 days if full week isn t possible

Reopened due to previous provider cancellation

Preference for a single provider to maintain consistency
