About The Position

Job Title : Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

Job Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 07 : 00-15 : 30

Guaranteed Hours : n / a

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : Registered Nurse License for Circulator role, Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy permit

Certifications : See license requirement

Must-Have :

Cath Lab Circulating (RN)
Scrub experience
Rad Tech

Job Description :

Collaborate as part of a dynamic team in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology / hybrid labs.

Perform Left / Right heart catheterizations, angioplasty, stenting, IVUS, ICE, and atherectomy.

Assist in procedures including atrial fibrillation ablations, ICDs, PM, lead extraction, TAVR, TMVR, tricuspid, LAAC, and PFO / ASD.

Utilize GE and Philips labs along with Mac Lab / Cardiolab equipment.

Maintain accurate records using Meditech EMR system.

Engage with a patient ratio of 3 per case.

Participate in a rotating weekend schedule, including one weekend per month and one overnight call per week.

Foster a positive work environment with a team-oriented and upbeat attitude.

Compliance with dress code, which includes wearing personal scrubs or blue hospital scrubs.

May assist in the Pre / Post care area called Cardiovascular Observation Unit. Enjoys working hard as part of a team and maintains an upbeat and positive attitude.
