Self Storage Site Manager

Job Description

• Works 35-39 Hours per Week
• This is a Site Manager position and includes a studio apartment on-site
• Rents Storage Units by Phone, to Walk-In Customers, or Online Rentals
• Sells Customers Moving Supplies
• Listens attentively to customer needs and strives for excellent telephone techniques
• Works daily to assist customers who have become delinquent on their rent to catch up
• Maintains the Stor-It Grounds daily, ensuring cleanliness and order — this is our home, and we take pride in it
• Prepares reports on grounds and units
• Makes minor repairs as needed
• Operates computers and other business equipment
• Performs light lifting
• Follows procedures and policies outlined in the manuals — employees are expected to read and apply them

This position includes an on-site studio apartment
