Role Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is desirable
  • Additional certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric specialties) are beneficial but not mandatory
