Key Responsibilities

Define and execute UX strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs

Mentor and guide a team of UX / UI designers to foster creativity and collaboration

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record in ecommerce and / or retail UX design

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD

Deep understanding of responsive design and conversion optimization
