Customer Service Rep - Part-Time

5 Star Charleston is a locally-owned HVAC company operating in the Charleston area for the past 8 years. We are expanding our business and are seeking a part-time customer service representative to join our team. This role is part time and includes answering calls and booking appointments.
Position Summary : Responsible for handling customer calls (inbound and outbound calls) and booking calls. To give office support to the entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist with scheduling and dispatching support as directed by the Office Manager.
Work Hours : Monday through Friday - 4pm - 7pm; Saturday - 8am - 2pm
Pay Range : $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
