Automotive Service Technician - Hyundai City of Industry, CA 91748
We have a career opportunity for an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our Hyundai team in Rowland Heights, CA. Responsibilities
- Perform work outlined on repair orders in an efficient and accurate manner
- Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems
- Perform repair, maintenance, and warranty work in a timely fashion
- Road-test to confirm vehicle's repairs will meet or exceed customer expectations
- Communicate with Service Advisor if additional service is recommended
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain Customer Satisfaction Scores
- Perform other duties as assigned
